1. Easy to break, poor flame retardancy, short circuit and fire

The current flows back directly along the wire, and the mobile phone cannot be charged without going the way of the electrical appliance.

It is still a trivial matter whether it can be charged or not. The biggest danger of short circuit is that the current in the wire will increase sharply. After a short circuit, the current rises sharply, and a large amount of heat is generated in a short period of time. If the insulating layer is aging and has poor flame retardancy, it will be melted into slag directly. 2. Poor flexibility, damage to the phone and battery


Old and inferior charging data cables still have the problem of poor flexibility. If one is not careful, if the data cable is bent, it may break with a bang somewhere in it, and the charging of mobile phones and data transmission cannot be carried out.

Moreover, charging a mobile phone does not require much current, there is a rated charging current. If the data cable is damaged, the current is too low, too high, and unstable. For example, the rated charging current of a mobile phone is 1A, but the actual charging current is 1A for a while, and the bad contact drops to 0.1A for a while. Damage internal structure, damage battery health, destroy stored data.


3. It is not resistant to corrosion and burns the interface


High-quality data cables should be resistant to electrochemical corrosion, which is generally difficult to rust.

Experiments have shown that after being placed in a salt spray environment for a certain period of time and taken out, the high-quality data cable is intact, while the ends of the old data cable are rusted.

After rusting, plug the data cable into the mobile phone to charge, it will affect the heat dissipation, the temperature will be too high, and in severe cases, it will be directly burned, causing an accident.
